Below, you should find a host of questions regarding the ServInt FreeNet server, its capabilities and what FreeNet can or cannot provide for your site. This list was compiled from our most frequently asked technical questions.
If you have a question or need technical support:
- First, consult the information in these pages.
- Second, E-mail help@servintfree.net with your
question. We'll respond as promptly as possible.
Please note we do not have the resources to provide phone support for this service. If you need technical assistance, you will need to send an email to the address listed above. ServInt's Network Operations Center is for paying clients only!
Additionally, all support is now being provided by only one ServInt employee volunteering his time to the FreeNet community. We try to be as prompt and helpful as possible, but support may not always be immediately available. Please bear with us in these situations.
